The Cushelle Quilted Money Back Guarantee promotion will run on the following products:

Cushelle Quilted 4 roll pack
Cushelle Quilted 9 roll pack
Cushelle Quilted 16 roll pack

At selected times and in selected retail outlets only.

The promotional offer is not available across any other Cushelle products.

Where is the promotion running?

The Cushelle Quilted Money Back Guarantee promotional offer is running in the UK across the following stores; Morrisons UK, Ocado UK, Asda UK, Waitrose UK, Co-Op UK and in ROI: Dunnes ROI, Tesco ROI and Super Valu ROI.

The MBG offer is only available at selected times in these retailers.

Is there an age limit for entry?

To enter the Money Back Guarantee promotional offer you must be 16 years or over.

Do I need to buy Cushelle Quilted to enter the Money Back Guarantee promotional offer?

Yes, you will need to buy a participating promotional pack of Cushelle Quilted in order to receive the promotional MBG offer.

Where can I buy Cushelle Quilted to take part in the Money Back Guarantee promotional offer?

The Cushelle Quilted Money Back Guarantee promotional offer is running in the UK across the following stores; Morrisons UK, Ocado UK, Asda UK, Waitrose UK, Co-Op UK and in ROI: Dunnes ROI, Tesco ROI and Super Valu ROI.

However, we cannot guarantee stock levels. The dates of the promotional offer for each of our selected retailers are below and you need to claim within 14 days of your original pack purchase:

Ocado UK from 21.02.18 until 20.03.18
Asda UK from 15.03.18 until 18.04.18
Waitrose UK from 21.03.18 until 11.04.18
Co-Op UK from 04.04.18 until 24.04.2018
Dunnes ROI from 20.02.18 until 02.04.18
Tesco ROI from 03.03.18 until 30.04.18
Super Valu ROI from 08.03.18 until 11.04.18

If you have purchased your pack from any other retailer, you are not entitled to claim the Money Back Guarantee.

Claiming Your Money Back

How do I claim my Money Back Guarantee?

If you would like to make a claim as you are not happy with the product then you will need to follow the instructions below:

Send your full name, postal address, date of birth, email address, your original itemised till receipt dated within the promotional period of your selected retailer (the last date for claims is 14 days after purchase) and the barcode from the packaging, along with a genuine statement of at least 20 words saying why you were not completely satisfied with Cushelle Quilted.

Envelopes should be addressed to:

UK: Cushelle Quilted 5943, PO BOX 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR.
ROI: Cushelle Quilted 5943, P.O Box 11430, Dublin 15

Claims must be made within 14 days of the product purchase date.

The last date for receipt of claims differs per retailer. Claims must be received by the Promoter by the below stipulated dates, no claims will be accepted after the below dates:

Morrisons UK claims to be received by 20.02.18
Ocado UK claims to be received by 03.04.18
Asda UK claims to be received by 02.05.18
Waitrose UK claims to be received by 25.04.18
Co-Op UK claims to be received by 08.05.18
Dunnes ROI claims to be received by 16.04.18
Tesco ROI claims to be received by 14.05.18
Super Valu ROI claims to be received by 25.04.18

If everything is in order and verified, we will send you a refund by cheque, made out to the name of the consumer who sent the claim, to the value of the purchased product as stated on the specific retailers receipt to a maximum value depending on the specific retailer of £7.75 (Waitrose, Ocado, Morrisons), £6.50 (Asda), £4.00 (Co-op) or the specific retailers in ROI €9.00 (Tesco ROI, Dunnes ROI, Super Valu ROI), within 28 days of the claim being validated.

What details do I need to provide in order to make a claim?

To ensure we have all required details to send you a refund by cheque, please send the following:

o Your full name and postal address
o Your date of birth
o Your email address
o Your original itemised till receipt dated within the promotional period of your selected retailer (the last date for claims is 14 days after purchase).
o Your barcode from the packaging or the packaging itself
o A statement of at least 20 words saying why you were not completely satisfied with Cushelle Quilted

Why do you need my details?

We need your details in order to process the Money Back Guarantee. Unfortunately, failure to include any of your details will render the claim invalid and we therefore won’t be able to send you a refund.

I have thrown my Cushelle Quilted packaging away. Can I still claim the Money Back Guarantee?

We need the barcode from your packaging in order to process the Money Back Guarantee. Unfortunately, failure to include this will render the claim invalid and we therefore won’t be able to send you a refund.

I purchased the Money Back Guarantee product after the close date, can I still make my claim?

The Money Back Guarantee can only be claimed when you purchase Cushelle Quilted packs between the below dates:

Morrisons UK from 24.01.18 until 06.02.18

You do have 14 days after your purchase to make a claim. Unfortunately, you cannot claim if you have purchased your promotional pack after the below dates per retailer:

I have purchased more than one Cushelle Quilted product, can I make a claim for each product?

Unfortunately, as per the terms and conditions, the claim is restricted to one claim per household.

Claim Queries

I’ve made a claim, but haven’t yet received my cheque. What can I do?

Once your claim has been validated, you will then receive your cheque via post within 28 days. If it has been over 28 days please contact info@cushellequiltedmbg.com where the team will be able to assist you further.

My claim has been rejected, why?

We’re sorry that you have not been successful in claiming your Money Back Guarantee.

You should have been sent a full explanation of why your claim was not successful, but if you require further information please refer to the full promotional terms and conditions that can be found here.

I’ve lost my receipt, can I still make a claim?

Sadly not, as stated in the terms and conditions, you will need your original itemised till receipt dated within the promotional period of your selected retailer. You can make a claim up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

I can’t think of a 20 word statement as to why I don’t agree with the ‘Quiltiness you’ll love’ claim, can I claim?

Sadly not, as stated in the terms and conditions you will need to provide a genuine statement of at least 20 words as to why you were not completely satisfied with Cushelle Quilted.

Failure to include this will render the claim invalid, so unfortunately if you don’t include a statement you will not be able to make a claim.

I sent a claim 28 days ago and haven’t had any correspondence since – can you help?

All claims will need to be verified. Following this, successful claims with be paid via a cheque which will be sent in the post, within 28 days of verification. Any unsuccessful claims will receive a letter explaining why their claim has not been successful, which will be sent within 28 days. If however after this time you have had no correspondence, please contact the team at info@cushellequiltedmbg.com where we will be able to assist you further.

I think my claim has got lost in the post – can you help?

Please send your full details to info@cushellequiltedmbg.com and we will assist you further in trying to locate your claim.

As per clause12 in the terms and conditions, we cannot take responsibility for claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

My claim was rejected by Royal Mail – can you please help?

Please ensure that you include the correct address, enough postage to cover the delivery and retain your proof of postage, so that you are able to track your parcel.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse any postage costs.

Refund Queries

The wrong amount has been refunded to me on my cheque – can you please help?

We are sorry to hear you haven’t received the correct refund. Please contact the team at info@cushellequiltedmbg.com who will be able to assist you further.

I don’t want to send my personal details through the post, is there any other way I can make my claim?

In order for us to provide your money back we will require your personal details. If you do not want to send these via post I’m afraid we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

As stated in the terms and conditions, Money Back Guarantee claims cannot be made via any retailer or instore, or by another other method that is not described within these terms.

I don’t agree with the ‘Quiltiness you’ll love’ claim, but I haven’t been offered a refund. Please can you help?
