Send your full name, postal address, DOB, email address, original itemised till receipt dated within the promotional offer period of the participating retailer (last date for claims is 14 days after purchase) & the barcode from the packaging, along with a genuine statement of at least 20 words saying why you were not completely satisfied with Cushelle Quilted.

If everything is in order & verified, a refund by cheque, made out to the name of the consumer who sent the claim, to the value of the purchased product as stated on the specific retailer’s receipt to a max value depending on specific retailer of £4.00, £6.50 or £7.75 in UK or in ROI €9.00 will be sent within 28 days of verification.
